Shipping Rates & Delivery
To keep your checkout experience simple, a single flat-rate international shipping fee is offered regardless of the artwork size:
International Flat-Rate Shipping: $50.00 AUD (Worldwide) per order. ie if you order two or more Original pieces at the same time, there is a single shipping fee applied. This applies for Original artwork only.
Small Paper Artworks: Safely packaged flat using rigid, heavy-duty backing boards and protective sleeves.
Large Canvas Artworks: Safely un-stretched and shipped rolled in heavy-duty structural mailing tubes.

Dispatch Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to securely pack your artwork for international travel.
Transit Time*: International deliveries generally arrive within 6–12 business days depending on your location.
Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We always declare our items accurately as "Original Artwork" to ensure smooth customs processing.
*Very heavy or extra large artworks ( greater than 71 inches/ 180cm in any one dimension or if the packed crate is greater than 66lb/30kg in weight) may need to be shipped via sea. You will be advised if this is the case. Transit is 20 to 60 days.
Within Australia, your Original arrives fully stretched and finished in a custom timber frame (unless otherwise stated) ready to hang. Little Originals arrive in a frame with mat and glass cover (unless otherwise stated) ready to hang. All artworks are delivered via specialist art courier.
International Orders: To ensure the safest possible transit, international originals are shipped unframed and rolled as described above. Your local art framer will be able to place the stretcher bars and help with choosing an appropriate frame. This gives you the flexibility to choose a frame locally that matches your home's unique aesthetic.
Paper and Canvas pad works are sent with a backing board and mat. A variety of ready made frames are usually available either locally or online.

Yes. By using Pack & Send's Gold Service, your artwork is covered by a comprehensive loss and damage warranty. From my studio to your door, your investment is fully protected.
For international orders, please note that any import duties, VAT, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Most countries (including the USA) have $0 or significantly reduced duty rates on original, hand-painted art, but we recommend checking your local regulations.
If your artwork arrives damaged you must:
- Immediately take digital photos of any damage
- Advise ANnew Art within three (3) days of the delivery of the damage in writing via email or our contact page
- Respond to any further queries and be willing and able to provide photos to enable lodgement of claim
- Complete an online Claim Form if requested (you will be advised if this is needed)
- Be aware that failure to report and act in the given time frames can void your warranty
- Please note that our frames are handmade and it can be normal to have some variations or slight marks on the non-viewing aspect of the frame.

Shipping within Australia is FREE* and will be shipped either flat if small or in rolled cylinders. Shipping to Aotearoa (New Zealand) is FREE* and artworks will be shipped in rolled cylinders. Prints must be ordered through the AUS Shop for free shipping in Australia and NZ.
Larger sized prints may be available on request.
Shipping is direct from my printing fulfillment provider. Any damage must be reported with 24 hours of delivery with a photo.
For Open Edition Prints in USA
This applies to Open edition Prints ordered through the US Shop. The most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination will be chosen for you. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Shipping prices* are based on the total in your cart as the chart below. This is automatically added to your cart on check-out.

APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.

We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.If your prints or artworks arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions. It is essential to do this within 24 hours of receipt for Insurance purposes.
If your purchase arrives damaged you MUST NOTIFY WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt.
