Trust in Motion is a symbolic acrylic painting that reflects the living nature of trust — something fluid, shifting, and sustained through connection. The work features my characteristic abstract mark representing blue orchids, a motif that carries personal and symbolic meaning throughout the Blue Orchid Series.
With its flowing forms and layered colour, the composition suggests a landscape in motion — part memory, part emotion, part nature. The abstract orchid mark becomes both a visual anchor and a symbolic thread, linking the piece to themes of rarity, honesty, and resilience. As with much of my work, the forms are intentionally layered to invite a deeper reading, allowing the viewer to find their own meaning within the movement and stillness of the painting.
